주요 업무
. Organize and lead a team and provide guidance and motivation to achieve individual and team targets.
. Develop and maintain a collaborative team culture that promotes a customer-centric approach.
. Develop sales strategies and set sales targets to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition, based on analysis of market and customer feedback
. Identify and contact with potential customers, while enhancing relationship with key customers and closing sales deals.
. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
. Evaluate the team's performance, monitor KPIs, and provide performance feedback.
. Implement performance improvement plans as needed to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
. Manage the team's budget and resources allocation to support sales activities and collaborate with other teams to align resource and strategy for success.
. Create regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to the executives.
. Manage records of sales performance, market trend, and customer insight.
자격 요건
. Bachelor in Business, Electrical Engineering or a related field
. Proven track record preferably in the EV industry or related industry.
. Understanding of EV technology and industry.
. Effective leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
. Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry event.
. Proficient in CRM software and sales analysis tools.
